grunt-ejs-render's Issues

Examples in README appear to be wrong

The given examples at the bottom of the README don't show a your_target task:

Top of the README:

grunt.initConfig({
  render: {
    options: {
      // Task-specific options go here.
    },
    your_target: {
      // Target-specific file lists and/or options go here.
    }
  }
})

Bottom of the READEME:

  render: {
    options: {},
    files: {
      'dest/index.html': ['src/index.html']
    }
  }
});

Bottom should be similar to:

render: {
      options: {},
        your_target: {
          files: {
            'dest/build/': ['src/views/**/*.ejs', '!src/views/**/partials/**/*']
          }
      }
    },

change `this` binding in helpers

Make options accessible to helpers by adding after line 139

Object.keys(options.helpers).forEach(function (m) {
    options.helpers[m] = _.bind(options.helpers[m], options);
});

helpers is not defined

I'm getting helpers is not defined error when having templates specified at the same time.

Update to Ejs 2.0

The new version of Ejs have a bunch of new features.
If is possible, please update.

Thanks.
