Load comments beyond first page
'Score Over' filter dropdown value resets to 'show all' on applying filters
Repro steps:
select 'Score Over' to any value, say 100
click Apply Filters
the url updates, but the 'Score Over' selection resets to 'show all'
Parsing <i> that spans over several paragraphs doesn't work correctly

Only one paragraph is italic.
This is a bug with how BeautifulSoup parses <p><i>text1</p><p>text2</i></p>.
But even with that bug fixed my code would still not parse that correctly.
Domain parser bug

Domain should be "un.org" but is "2013".
Algolia timeouts
Sometimes connections to algolia will time out, should catch the timeout exception and display a warning.

Parsing error (6470210)
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'find_all'
