add LD_LIBRARY_PATH update

Need to add LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include anaconda3 libraries as the 7zz libraries are built against CXXABI >=1.3.8, but RHEL7 only lists up to 1.3.7

migrate .cshrc aliases

Migrate all .cshrc aliases and configs here

Issue with anaconda3/*/bin/ vs /usr/bin/dbus-daemon

This issue has occurred in the past, and requires the sys /usr/bin version to be first in the PATH variable, so that the sys dbus-daemon and its libraries are correctly launched. No idea why Anaconda3 duplicates this.
