Here are a couple of things I miss:

1. Pass button.
2. Resign Button.
3. After the match is over, to show the territory
4. Handicap for the game
5. Komi settings
6. To have the settings saved. i.e. If the last game was 19x19, do not ask for playing a 13x13 game.
