Multiplayer without disable +restart

Could you allow the mod in multiplayer?
im guessing it could cause desync when damaging buildings but that shouldnt matter much

its kinda annoying to restart and toggle the mod every time we want to swap from singleplayer/host of multiplayer to actuall multiplayer server ;-)

At worst this isnt just toggle allow on server or dont require from server.
