keypirinha-cvt's Issues

<number> <space> <from-unit-name> doesn't work here

Hi, I just installed CVT via PackageControl in Keypirinha version 2.21 for x64.

Typing the command sequence <number> <space> <from-unit-name> doesn't work here.

After typing a number, it's not possible to add a space. Dropping the space and typing 400kg also has no results (perhaps expectedly so).

Here's an animated gif showing the lack of results.
400kg

CVT is installed. The plugin is shown as loaded in the KP console and typing CVT does show CVT provided catalogue items.

Celsius is misspelled

It’s Celcius but should be Celsius. I suppose fixing this will be a breaking change.

How to convert from “l/100km”?

Hi,
I think the “/” is messing with Cvt, it won’t detect when I write “l/100km) and I have no idea on how I can convert from this unit.
Any tips? Thanks!

Temperature Conversion

I can't seem to get the syntax right for Temperature Conversion. The syntax used for other conversions doesn't seem to work (21 C F). Can you please give an example?

Feature request: configure decimal marker for different locales

Hi,
thank you for this package.
I need an option to configure

  • whether to show thousands separator
  • the signs for decimal marker and thousands separator which are e.g. in German locale the other way round than in English locale.
    1,234,567.89 English
    1.234.567,89 German

Non-alphanumeric characters don’t work as unit aliases

I want this:

[unit/distance/Inches]
aliases = ″

[unit/distance/Feet]
aliases = ′

[unit/temperature/Celcius]
aliases = °,°C

[unit/temperature/Fahrenheit]
aliases = °F

(With the help of my Compose key, thanks to WinCompose, I genuinely type all of these things quite casually. Well, as casually as I ever type anything in feet or inches. And admittedly I’d use half of those symbols more comfortably for angular measurements in degrees, minutes and seconds. But yeah, dropping the degrees symbol and writing “-40F” instead of “−40°F” is genuinely a nuisance for me! For that matter, I’d rather like (MINUS SIGN) to work rather than just - (HYPHEN-MINUS). I’m weird like this.)

But this doesn’t work; from a quick glance, it looks like this’ll be due to the input parser regular expression only being interested in alphanumeric characters.
