Button to show password when registering

We should have a button to show the password and to confirm it.

Render profile when profile is empty

When you just create the profile and you try to access its page, it show nothing the page keep in blank state.

Fix URL to fetch and render user profile

We need to fix the url that has been changed on backend and fix the render component to accept the new version.

Check for user name before register

Now that we changed the structure of the dashboard, you don't need an username to register a user.

By definition an user is composed by email and password, and later on the user can register as many username as he/she wants.

But to maintain the actual frontpage as it is, we should create an entry point in our backend to holds this logic to check if the username is available, despite that we don't need it to register the user.
