does not use IPC::Open3::Utils at this time

See c214e1d, all of the open3 ones had the same issue and the run one had no output at all.

warning about printing to unopened file handle ORIG…, no output

When OPEN and CLOSE are set up like Tie::Handle::Base

1. everything is output from $git->run(…) as if you print $git->run(…);
2. my $out = $git->run(…); does not go into $out but gets printed.

• WRITE needs to write to the original handle && will return the length of the string written
• Other methods we may want/need to implement (though not all are normally used w/ STDERR/STDOUT really so not too big a deal):
  • BINMODE
  • CLOSE
  • EOF
  • GETC
  • OPEN
  • READ
  • READLINE
  • SEEK
  • TELL
  • UNTIE
  • DESTROY

Ties do not cross forks so:

task "…" => sub { 
   …
   system(…)
   …
};

system() output is not indented.

If, we replace the real system() (ala Test::Mock::Cmd) with a wrapper for _sys (at leats within task()) then itd behave like we want
