Exception when creating a bucket

Using .net6.
The bucket name is not empty, and the code previously worked with a real DB.

Content-Type Header in Wrong Place

Looking at the source code, the Content-Type header is being put on the HttpResponseMessage.Headers when it should go into HttpResponseMessage.Content.Headers.

Getting XML-related exception when listing or deleting buckets
