sibyl-discord's Issues

Implement notification functionality

When a new member joins a watched discord server, the bot:

1. Checks the new member's attribute scores and crime coefficient
2. If any of them are dangerous, alert server mods/admin that the user has joined.

Implement embeds for memberModeration and messageModeration

Display dominator settings if no options are selected

Integrate with new Community model

Skip member moderation if user has less than 50 messages

Implement embeds for psychoPass and communityPsychoPass

Implement dominator command

Implement tests for sibyl-discord

Implement tests for existing functionality in sibyl-discord, boost test coverage to acceptable levels in codecov
