Add pictures of monsters, health and all that as ASCII art.

Introduce a story line into it, likely just going to be super basic.

Add mana to magic system

Add health bar.

Monsters spawn in when the dungeon is made and move around on their own.

As a monster loses health they do less damage.

Re haul how monsters level up.

Re-haul both health and damage calculations as well.

Attacking and other such events have a randomly selected word to describe the action rather than a set "hit"

Since room tiles now extend into double digits of decimal it will likely be best to convert them to hexadecimal when saving and loading to keep things nice looking.

Add an inventory and items system, monsters drop items and chest can be looted.

An element weakness / strength factor. -Basically every monster and attack has an element (fire, water, energy, etc...) and some are more restrictive to some attacks then others.

Likely won't be implemented until after magic if I decide to add it.

Basically if the monster hits the player before the player attacks then there is a chance that the player becomes stunned.

When stunned the player cannot attack.

This would of course work both ways.

Some doors are randomly locked.

These doors can be broken down with enough strength, or the lock can be picked with enough luck.

Monster would also drop keys that can open any door.

Basically what it says.

More status effects such as "blinded", "poisoned" or whatever else I decide to do.

Having more than one save option would be nice for testing.

A common element in many rouge-like games it might be worth looking into.
