Generate a README
The example is a little disorienting since it has no README
Set up hot reloading
Maybe using https://github.com/milankinen/livereactload? Or maybe using the Hot Module Reloading API (like webpack), you could use: browserify-hmr, babel-plugin-react-transform and react-transform-hmr?
Add css preprocessors
Like stylus, LESS and SASS

Resolve koa deprecation notice
When you run npm start, you get the error koa deprecated Support for generators will been removed in v3. See the documentation for examples of how to convert old middleware https://github.com/koajs/koa/tree/v2.x#old-signature-middleware-v1x build/app.js:46:5
