DHCPServer.Dispose throwing PlatformNotSupportedException in .NET Core application

When calling DHCPServer.Dispose from a .NET Core application I am getting a PlatformNotSupportedException.
This is mentioned in the documentation.

System.PlatformNotSupportedException: Thread abort is not supported on this platform.

Missing/Unclear license

I would like to use this library on a project, but no clear license was published here on github. On nuget.org I found a MIT license. This ambiguous situation makes it a little difficult to decide whether to use the library or not. Would it possible to add a license file here on github?

Error when sending reply

I'm getting this error when doing this: dhcpRequest.SendDHCPReply(DHCPMsgType.DHCPOFFER, ip, replyOptions);

I'm binding to 0.0.0.0 and receiving requests just fine.

Nuget API-Key is public

The private nuget API key was published in the file https://github.com/dotnetprojects/sharp-dhcp-server-lib/blob/f79141c5e01ba90a5364eb278165b00993483a10/appveyor.yml.

I suppose githubs secret functionality should be used instead of putting the key there in plain text.

DHCPRequest.SendDHCPReply does not send from port 67

When sending a DHCP reply to a DHCPRequest message, the server should use the BOOTPS port (67) for sending. Some DHCP clients will otherwise direct additional responses to the randomly chosen port where no listener exists.

All time fields are sent with the same value in a DHCP reply

The IPAddressLeaseTime, RenewalTimeValue_T1 and RebindingTimeValue_T2 can not be set to different values.

All get set to the value of RebindingTimeValue_T2.
