Create landing page

Fake the DS Homepage in the background, put a "Modal" in the foreground.
(Quotes around modal because you can't close out of it like an actual modal)

Modal has some copy to be supplied, and two logo buttons on the bottom which lead to DoSomething and vinspire

Change the background to a gray color overlay

I wanna pretty much just replicate how we do modals on the main site instead of just grayscaling the background.

Specifically darkening the background with an overlay. Keep the blur the same (2px) though if possible.
