Simpler templates

At the moment, when we create a new puzzle, the template generates a method with lambda functions that isn't easy for Go newbies to follow.

It would be good if the template generated for new puzzles was easier to follow.

There are probably a few ways to achieve this:

New puzzles are generated in their own package are hooked in in a similar to how they are now.
New puzzles are generated as a new object and puzzle 'parts' are methods on the object, perhaps using single method interfaces to understand how many parts are implemented.

Are there any other ways to tackle this?

Add `golangci-lint`

Description

golangci-lint is a fast Go linters runner. It runs linters in parallel, uses caching, supports yaml config, has integrations with all major IDE, and has dozens of linters included.
