Add latest versions to dropdown

Currently, we are missing versions 09.11.01 and 09.11.02.

Implement a `Loading...` when switching between DNN Platform versions

Adding Loading... will help the user know it is fetching data upon selecting a new value in the versions dropdown.

A new major release of Stencil is out and we need to upgrade it and related packages.

Improve UX when no found vulnerabilities for selected DNN version

Currently, when a version of DNN is selected that has no associated vulnerabilities, nothing shows in the content below the dropdown. We need to improve the user experience by explicitly letting them know there are no found vulnerabilities for the selected DNN version.

Make versions dynamic rather than hard-coded

Currently, we have to do new releases of this module every time there is a new release of DNN Platform. Many times we simple forget this maintenance task. It would be nice to make this dynamic moving forward within the module. The idea is we should be able to create a JSON file to hold all versions of DNN Platform that pre-date GitHub. Then for the remaining, we should be able to obtain via the GitHub API based on tags.

Update module icon

Change from Eraware (default for template) to DNN.

Add `09.10.02` to the versions dropdown

I missed adding this version (09.10.02) earlier, so it needs to be added.
