Make logged in nav bar look more like target site

Add ability to create playlist and add songs to playlist from upload page

Target site mimics the behavior where when multiple songs are being uploaded, a playlist form is shown to create a playlist for the multiple songs given

Add Ability to Add to Queue

Fix Now Playing Bug

When a song is currently playing, and you go to a playlist page and click the main play button it pauses the currently playing song instead of starting the new playlist. Also when clicking play on the single song page it crashes.
