uninitialized value line 151

My first attempt to run E. coli related info to determine position on the E. coli reference of the start position of query sequences - get repeated message while running:
Use of initialized value $results[1] in join or string at ecoli_related_info.pl line 151.

Script request - inverse function

Barb wants a script that acts, sort of in the inverse of the 762-caller. i.e. 762-caller will tell you, relative to each sequence, where the E. coli 762 is. Wants code that will tell you, relative toe h E. coli, where the first AA of each reference lies.
