Customize prompt

Provide option to customize the prompt in settings.

[Feature Request] Option to select GPT-3.5-16K

GPT-3.5-16k offers an even larger context window, making it a great option for your extension users!

gptcommit.openAI.customEndpoint

Can I use an Azure Open AI Endpoint with this? Any particular way to structure the endpoint?

I.e.

"gptcommit.openAI.customEndpoint": "https://<account>.openai.azure.com
or
"gptcommit.openAI.customEndpoint": "https://<account>.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/<deployment>/chat/completions?api-version=2023-03-15-preview"

No staged changes in windows

I get this error on windows machine when i click the add button by the sidebar.

Even when i try to add changes with the git add as the extension suggests, I still get the error message that there are no staged changes

Doesn't seem to know it's in a git repo

Windows 10, VS code 1.77.1

I keep getting this error when generating a commit message "The current directory must be a Git repository!"

I have confirmed it's a Git repo and I can make commits if I manually enter a comment. I have also established my Open IA key works,

Gitmoji option

First of all the tool is great and saves me a lot of time.
But it can be improved.

I am requesting a feature that commits can have a gitmoji before the title.
I think it is a nice addition.
The first row should look like this: type(scope): emoji description
