This is an application for Windows Phone 8+ that helps users to determine the location without Internet service using only the inbuilt location service of the device and [Bing Maps API](https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/jj207045 (v = vs.105) .aspx) in offline mode.
It also provides GPS coordinates in text format that can be sent via SMS or something else in an emergency or when you need to report your location without reference to the address or rugged terrain.
