Movie Tracker

Project that allows users to sign in and save their favorite movies. Made using The Movie DB API and Create-React-App.

Project Goals

• Pull in movies from Movie DB API.
• Login and Sign Up pages that utalize router.
• Can create new user and sign out current user.
• Each movie should be able to be saved to favorites for that user.
• Duplicate favorites should not be selected.
• User should be able to see a list of their favorites.

Extensions

• User stays signed in after refreshing the page.
• User can click and view any individual movie.
• User can view additional movies by clicking 'View more' button.

Set Up

Clone down and follow instructions for setting up this backend

Clone down this repo making sure it is next to (not inside) the backend directory

Run npm install from the root directory

Run npm start and visit localhost:3001 in your browser

You can run tests with npm test
