Add background color settings support

Let users set what color a switch has when on and off.

Only add `transition` property to slider while switching value

transition property is added permanently to slider through scss.
This makes sliders move with transition effects, while adjusting width and height properties.

This looks weird.
We can workaround this by dynamically adding and removing transition property when switch values change.

Add vertical switch support

When height > width, the switch style breaks.
This is because there is no way to display proper horizontal switch style on that condition.
However, vertical switch is a solution to this.
Show vertical switch when height is larger than width.
When the switch is off, slider goes down, and slider goes up when the switch turns on.
