Docs for file formats

I could write docs for DMI and SFX formats used by the game.
Where I should place them in the PR? And on which language - Russian on English?

There's also WADFORM.DOC from Prikol Software and DMM format description by Volynskov and 3EPHOEd. Are they worth placing in this repo?
