Bug: can't put .apphealth.yml in project dir as __dir__ evaluates to dir containing gem, not cwd

Desc.:
Can't use .apphealth.yml in project dir
Expected behaviour:
App shouldn't crash but use config from cwd

$ apphealth
Checking config: /home/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p247/gems/apphealth-1.0.1/lib/apphealth/.apphealth.yml
/home/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p247/gems/apphealth-1.0.1/lib/apphealth/config.rb:22:in `config': Config file not found (AppHealth::ConfigNotFound)

ps.: solution would be to use Dir.pwd :P
