Create develop and production settings files using environment variables.

The ENV variables will be used by Heroku, so it would be easy to use them for local development as well.

Create or include a favicon.ico

I think we should include basic meta information in the head of the HTML document within our templates.

We should specify Python version to run on Heroku.

Heroku's default is 2.7.12 and this application runs on 3.5.2

Update the readme for a working branch name.

Add unit test badge for Travis builds to show on readme file.

Update user profile to include:

• Display name
• Twitter account link
• Checkbox active/disable account from admin page

We should remove the sqlite file because we are using postgres.

The URL for active members has changed slightly and this causes the test to fail.

Create base templates for a navigation bar and basic layout with Bootstrap css.

Create a settings file for local development containing database and debugging settings.

The wsgi module in in a subdirectory and the Procfile needs to be set for Heroku builds.
