Investigate fog anomaly misbehavior when unequipping gasmask. Anomaly does not work hurt or show effect then anymore.

"hurt" when not spawned with gaskmask
did not hurt anymore when "player had gasmask in life at some point"

This was run on multiplayer server.
ACE Medical is not used; nothing of ACE is.
We got the blur only when damaged.

I noticed if you spawned without a gas mask, it hurt. But if you spawned with the gas mask, and even if you removed it from your inventory, you were immune to the gas effects. Seems that you're immune if you ever carried a gas mask in that life.

For most of the modules functionPriority is once defined as 1 and again defined as 0.

Hence the mod doesn't work currently.
