leci's Issues

goodtg: command not found

Hi,

I create a virtual environment using environment.yml.
However, when I am running goodtg --config_path final_configs/GOODHIV/scaffold/covaraite/LECI.yaml
It shows goodtg: command not found

Could you help me with it?

I want to know if IDval and IDID are equivalent 。OOD val and OOD OOD are equivalent。The symbols are derived from the articles by GOOD and LECI. I would be very grateful if you could answer me。
