Modularize the attack vectors

Currently, the attacks (x.js, y.js) are placed in the root directory. It would be neat if there was a plugin model so when an attack was placed into a plugins folder CookieCatcher would automatically register it and make it available.

Localhost setup

This would be very helpful to the new folks if you share a manual to setup the CookieCatcher on localhost.

Remove hard coded server urls

This would be tricky with static javascript files. If you had some kind of template that compiled into javascript code you could use PHPs $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] to insert the receiving hostname.
