Expose ReplicaSet management API

Remove the hardcoded values:

• HOST (deployments.js & services.js)
• TOKEN (deployments.js & services.js)

The server side should be able to execute multiple operations, based on 'template' based request.

For example, in one request should happen the following actions:

• Create 'Dirigible' Deployment
• Create 'MySql' Deployment
• Expose 'MySql' Service with 'Internal' visibility
• Expose 'Dirigible' Service with 'Node/LoadBalancer' visibility

Move the comprehensive logic from the client-side to the server-side.
The client side should send simple get/create/delete requests (without nested requests) and the server side logic should execute all nested requests (e.g. create deployment, expose service). The server side should process "templates" like requests:

• Create 1 Dirigible + 1 MySql Deployments and expose the Dirigible
• Create 1 Dirigible + 1 MariaDB Deployments and expose the Dirigible
• ...
