Dear GAUSS team,

When downloading pathway information from GSEA e.g. https://www.gsea-msigdb.org/gsea/msigdb/human/collections.jsp#C2 their third column is tab seperated, whereas GAUSS requires comma separated files for the third column.

In R I have tried:

x$genesets <- gsub("\t",",")

but this does not work.

Do you have a one liner that can turn these files into GAUSS useable ones?

Were the gene-level UK Biobank summary statistics used in the GAUSS preprint ever published? I was hoping to use this package to rerun different gene sets, ideally from the same initial gene-level analysis (from SKAT-Common-Rare presumably).

I didn't see any gene-level results at https://www.leelabsg.org/resources or the FTP server for nearly enough phenotypes, and I was expecting ~1,400 based on the preprint.

Any help would be much appreciated!
