Hi,

I was trying to run ARCHIE on my own data and found that the calculation of matrix W is not consistent in code and in the published paper -

• In code, W <- Sigma_GG%*%Sigma_GE%*%Sigma_EE
• In paper, $W = \Sigma_{GG}^{-1/2} \Sigma_{GE} \Sigma_{EE}^{-1/2}$

I am wondering which one is the correct one to use?

(Another minor issue is a line here was not commented out, such that assignment to parameters of the function won't work.

I have summary statistics for GWAS bipolar disorder. I can see from the input files used for ARCHIE analysis to be correlation matrix files. Did you run correlation analysis with eQTLs summary statistics prior to running the ARCHIE analysis?
