Если у вас возникли трудности с установкой классическим путем, попробуйте портативную версию. В ней предустановлено всё необходимое, поэтому достаточно только распаковать и запустить.

Портативная версия

Портативная версия не требует установки Python. Скачать ее можно в релизах.
