Historica does not work!

Hello!

I'm quite interested in what this mod has to offer. However, it does not seem to function properly, and hasn't been updated in several months. I do hope development is still in progress!

Is there anyway to fix this?

i can't see the initial policies escept"civic tree".is it i use a wrong version? or it has something wrong? what's more,this mod is really fan!
