If i complete commit without saving before, the development console is opened and this error is view:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined
If i save the commit first and then complete commit all works fine.

Hmm. Would you try one more time to verify that saving is the problem? Complete commit literally calls 'save' before it does anything else:

Make sure the commit message is the active pane before you press cmd-alt-c.

Do you have any packages that alter the way save works?

If you open the keybinding resolver, and save the file, is core:save what is being called?

Are you up to date with Atom 0.90?
