Not a typo, but I'm not opposed to changing it. I use ijkl as arrow keys system-wide, so this is the binding I use, but I am totally open to proposals of saner defaults. hjkl arrow keys will be a good place to start.
There's still quite a bit of sloppiness still to clean up before I publish to apm, and default bindings are a part of that.

I added j to default bindings. I'm reserving n and p for other tasks ('push', 'new', too many useful n/p words).
