Next Up

A GNOME Shell extension that shows your next calendar event in the status bar.

Tested on GNOME 42.4.

Installation

You can install the extension from the extensions.gnome.org page by clicking the switch icon.

Forked so I can change the "Done for today" to make it show the next event in calendar even if it's not on the same date

To-do

• Document project
• Have it show next event this week, only until Sunday
• Be able to select the preferences i'm adding on the dropdown menu
• If (today) -> show time till event; else -> don't show time | my day starts @ 6 am
• When set to be in the middle, don't move the default placement of date and time right now
• When showing current event AND next event, it doesnt show the day of next event
