AI Finance Pencil

AI Finance Pencil is a full-stack personal finance management tool that combines the Django Rest Framework and Next.js to provide an intuitive user interface for tracking income and expenses. The application is enhanced with the power of OpenAI's GPT-3, adding interactive insights, budgeting tips, and chat support.

Features

• Income and Expenditure Tracking: The user can add various sources of income and categories of expenditure, along with the amount and date. This aids in keeping a comprehensive record of all financial transactions.

• Reports: The application provides monthly and yearly reports based on the income and expenditure data.

• LLMs Integration: The integration with OpenAI's GPT-3.5 provides users with intelligent and interactive features such as chat support and budgeting tips.

Future Scope

1. Expanding GPT-4 Features: We aim to fully exploit the capabilities of GPT-4 by introducing features such as automated descriptions for budgeting categories, predictive typing, and more data analysis capabilities.

2. User Accounts: We plan to add user authentication and individual user accounts to enhance data privacy and security.

3. Mobile Responsiveness: We aim to improve the mobile responsiveness of the UI to make the application more accessible on various devices.
