Deep learning assignment

This assignment and covering tutorials were prepared for Big Data 4 Imaging workshop.

There are 3 folders in this repository:

• Deep_learning_assignment In this assignment you will use Jupyter Notebook with Keras, TensorFlow and other frameworks. It'll guide you through the all necessary steps to create your keras classification model.

• Dicom_to_nrrd_converter Script which will allow you to convert your own dicom data to volume format (nrrd).

• Starting_with_image_processing If you want to start with python and image processing you might want to open this jupyter file and step by step learn how to open and prepare your data using OpenCV,SimpleITK,Pydicom and other frameworks.

Installation

To install all necessary libraries used in this repo follow the steps described in tp.
