You need to specify the full path to the env in mkhali8 home directory to activate the adrc-clustering env. The readme file was updated to reflect that. Here is the command again to activate the adrc-clustering env

source /home/mkhali8/anaconda2/envs/adrc-clustering/bin/activate /home/mkhali8/anaconda2/envs/adrc-clustering/

The current version only uses the verbal fluency test to create graph and extract features. We need to add more features including the digit span, clock and trail tests. Some of those features have a lot of missing values and can be ignored.

We need to automatically check and test those features, select which ones to includes, perform feature imputation.
