Deploy service to the cloud

As a User, I need to be able to deploy the service to the cloud, So that my team can see the progress in real time.

As a User, I need a service that has a counter, So that I can keep track of how many times something was done.

Given that I have incremented the counter to two
When I make a call to get the current value
Then it should return 2 as the current value

Continue deploy service to de Cloud

As a service provider
I need the service to be deployed to the cloud
So that I can scale capacity with User Demand

As a User, I need to have multiple counters, So that I can keep track of several counts at once.

As a System Administrator, I need to be able to update a counter to a new value, So that I can add manual services.

Given a service was edited offline, and the counter was in 2
When I click on Manually update the counter and input 3
Then the counter updates to 3

Need the ability to remove a counter.

As a System Administrator, I need to be able to remove a counter, So that we can have special projects that don't need one.

Given that I have incremented the counter to 2
When I restart the service
Then the counter should still return 2
