The proxy should also provide execution of workflow on foreign services. Probably an operation that takes a workflow name and args. Also a property listing available workflows.

Outputs are dynamic but only fetched once by plugin. Either the plugin should auto-refresh, or at a minimum have a refresh operator that copies the outputs on demand.

Only outputs are copied now, but a copy of any substitution map might be useful. Perhaps could be used in a future running service matching reqs/caps scheme.
