Cannot start server due to incorrect dependency specification in Flask

I tried to get the server running using the recommended setup from the readme and got the following error:

ImportError: cannot import name 'url_quote' from 'werkzeug.urls' (/home/michi/repos/au-syssec-f24-assignments/crypto/cbc-padding-oracle/.venv/lib/python3.10/site-packages/werkzeug/urls.py)

To get it working locally, I used this solution.

My requirments.txt looks like this:

flask==2.2.2
Werkzeug==2.3.7
pycryptodome==3.10.1
