Project Goals

This project main goal is to reduce the number of victims of natural disasters by implementing an early warning system to increase awareness of the potential threats of disasters, especially among those who live in vulnerable areas. Another goal of this project is to make people aware of the disaster and how to manage it, not with panic that actually makes us not know where to go and maybe even do something that shouldn't be done when a disaster happens, this project soon will provide more information about the disaster, will give a map to avoid the disaster that may happen around us, because basically there is no place is safe from natural disaster, for example is an earthquake.

  • There is a map that shows the area where the natural disaster occurred.

• Weather

  • Show latest information about the weather of the day.

• Fundraising

  • Help victim of natural disaster via donation or fundraising.

• Volunteer

  • Support people who affected by natural disaster by helping them on the spot.

  • Tips and step when a natural disaster strikes.

## How to run on local

• Clone the repo project

  git clone https://github.com/dewanggatrustha/helloday-app.git

• Go to the project folder

  cd helloday-app

• Install required dependencies

  npm install

• Run the server

  npm start

• Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result

## Side Note

• You're recommended to change the MapBox access token key to your own key if you want to use your own map style, get your own key at Mapbox. Change the access token key at HelloDay Map Component
