Problem saving jpg

Hello
Good time

In version 2, after removing the background or whitening the background of the image
When we want to save in jpg format, we come across the errore in the attachment

where is the problem from?

Offline version does not work on windows need help

unable to run system error "The program can't star because api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." click ok and get fatal error detected "Error loading Python.dll C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Temp_MEI46762\python310.dll LoadLibrary: The specified module could not be found." I am trying to install Huh??

Unable to download model

Describe the bug

When starting the app or selecting the download model option, a popup appears with the following error:

 An error occurred while downloading the model file: <urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:997)>

To Reproduce

1. Download the 2.0 release for Linux
2. Start the app

Expected behavior

The app starts and the model downloads correctly, or directs the user to where the model is and has them manually download it.

Malwarebytes doesn't allows it!

Don't know why but malwarebytes is not allowing this app to run and marking it as "virus".

Opened image size distorted.

Describe the bug
Image that open with open image button is always distorted. Saved image continue to be distorted.

To Reproduce
Open image via button "Open image" and File/open image

This is plain misleading and cheating, you should mention in bold clear text that internet is required else would not have downloaded this crap at all.

Offline tool does not work offline

Describe the bug
When I attempt to use the Remove Background feature of the BG Remover program, it does not work and an error message pops up. I am using version 2.0.0 of the BG Remover and have downloaded the model.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Disable your internet connection, either by unplugging your ethernet cable or disabling wifi.
2. Open the BG Remover program.
3. Open an image.
4. Select "Remove Background"
5. An error will occur stating "Failed to process image: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='github.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /danielgatis/rembg/releases/download/v0.0.0/u2net.onnx (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x0000028F1B941C90>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed'))"

Expected behavior
As the tool is advertised as "Offline," I would expect to be able to use it offline. I don't know if this was an error in the way it was setup or if the owner just meant "offline" to mean "not within a web browser," but the tool does not work offline. I was looking for a background-removing tool I could use on the go with my laptop when I do not have an internet connection but have taken new photos.

A similar error with a different error code and explanation occurs when I am connected to the internet but block BG Remover's internet access via Windows Firewall.

The size is reduced too much.

Describe the bug
I load a higher resolution image and it returns a very small image.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to File
2. Click on Open File
3. Select the image
4. Click Remove Background
5. Click Save Image

Expected behavior
It should remove the background while maintaining the original resolution of the image.

Issue with filter on cropped images

Describe the bug
When we crop an image and apply filter, the image is automatically changed back to its original, uncropped state. This means we have to crop the image again to apply the desired filter.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Crop an image to desired dimensions
2. Apply any filter
3. Notice that the image automatically reverts back to its original, uncropped state

Artemis and Trojan.Generic, probably false positives, but what is concerning is the Trojan[PSW]/Python.Disco reported by Antiy-AVL

I dont know much about that company, but still make me a little uneasy? Is this all normal operation?

Same detections tested on 2.0.0 , 1.1.2 , and 1.1.0 (windows)

Save as PNG with Transparency

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
BG Remover can as save PNG but it doesn't seem to save the transparency? It save it as a White color background instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
If no color is selected, it should save as Transparency for PNG.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Or an option which will allow for Transparency saving.

No it is a feature request. The distributions and source code build is available for windows and Linux. Please provide for Mac too. It will help many creators using Mac.

Describe the solution you'd like
Installation Support on Mac with all the available features. I'm not aware of the solution though.
