How can I run this app?

I opened the project and there're something wrong with running in the emulator. Such as I can't pub get, splash_screen.dart also throws an error.
Please help me.

FB login blocked. App not set up: THis app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permission.

This is the blocking message from fb logging, I am getting when trying to login.

Google Services.json File on is missing. Try to copy it on android/app folder
