Should the routes start with /api
Should the routes start with /api/, since the service is an API.
I think this is needed when the frontend and api are served by one service, then they would need to be on seperate routes. But this is just an API service.
Wouldn't be better if the /api/ part is omitted.
package-lock.json ignored
Its a best practice to include package-lock.json in your commits. The file should not be ignored by git according to NPM. https://stackoverflow.com/a/44210813/5788302
