Create a CONTRIBUTING.md file to capture the steps a new contributor should go through to start his/her contribution to this project.
It should also mention the issues page and the project page.
Creating this file will allow GitHub direct a new repo visitor to this file so they know how and what they can do to contribute.
Sections or Sub-headings for diseases should be links, so people can link or go directly to each section or sub-heading. Like Symptoms
or Diagnosis of Tuberculosis
.
Fixing this will allow access to specific information for disease like Symptoms of Tuberculosis - https://disease-info.herokuapp.com/tuberculosis%20-%20WHO/symptoms or Description on Lassa Fever - https://disease-info.herokuapp.com/lassa%20fever%20-%20WHO/overview. These links are examples and are currently not working.
Stop non-disease items like Immunization coverage - WHO
or Millennium development goals (mdgs) - WHO
from being displayed by the PWA
Adjust the PWA to automatically add data from any added scrapper into current disease pages/views. So that when more data for Tuberculosis is scrapped from another source, it is automatically added to the Tuberculosis page/view.
Current disease page and name is only for one source with links and the bottom of the page for the source, with this adjustment, the page will be for all sources with links at the bottom of the page to the sources.
Fix the web app install banner not popping up to first time visitors. If this is done, first time visitors to the site will be shown a banner in Chrome and Opera (and maybe other browsers) to install the web app on the mobile device.
Adjust the PWA to automatically add data from any approved new scrapper into current disease structure. So that when more data for Tuberculosis is scrapped from another source, it is automatically added to the Tuberculosis view.
On the landing page, the description for each disease is in an array. This is what it looks like
["Rabies is a vaccine-preventable viral disease which occurs in more than 150 countries and territories.","Dogs are the source of the vast majority of human rabies deaths, contributing up to 99% of all rabies transmissions to humans.","Rabies elimination is feasible by vaccinating dogs.","Infection causes tens of thousands of deaths every year, mostly in Asia and Africa.","40% of people who are bitten by suspect rabid animals are children under 15 years of age.","Immediate wound cleansing with soap and water after contact with a suspect rabid animal can be life-saving.","Every year, more than 15 million people worldwide receive a post-bite vaccination. This is estimated to prevent hundreds of thousands of rabies deaths annually."]
I guess the response from the API was put on the view as is. It needs to be formatted.
From the search, I should be able to search just an alphabet and the app will populate anything with that alphabet based on Disease Title/Name pattern.
I searched AIDS and got no result, and when I search HIV/AIDS, I get something.
Each disease name/heading on the home page should link to disease page the way the more
button links there

The above link should return a JavaScript document, however it returns almost the same HTML as the front-end UI https://disease-info.herokuapp.com/
