The bot notifies on the comments section of the pull request

  • when a PR is openned (once)
    • the bot should post a comment on the PR encouraging people to vote and explaining the rules
  • every X minutes
    • notifies the time left for voting
    • list missing validations for the PR to be mergeable
    • removes the old comment (if any) or update the opening comment
  • when the PR is merged
    • post a comment that sum up result (votes)
