Error during database conversion step about omastandalone

I cannot reproduce your problem. The database can be loaded without problem on my system. From your error message it looks like the filesystem might be full or you don't have write permission in Cache/DB/ (which is a bit unlikely as you could write the db file itself).

I assume you renamed the file her to *.db.txt, right?

If the problem is not related to the filesystem or permissions, could you let me know which version of OmaStandalone you are using and how you installed it and on which system?

Dear Adrian,

Yes, I renamed the db file to .db.txt in order to attach here and I'm using OMA version 2.3.1. However, I've already discovered the problem, which is not an OMA problem or even related to the dataset problem.

Simply there was one directory inside the DB folder. After removing the directory and keep only *.fa files in DB folder, oma database conversion worked as expected.

Hi there!

I was having the same problem, but it was not related to permissions problems. Instead, I realized there are some files in Cache/DB folder with .map extension. I erased those files and the program works, so I want to know if the results that I will get are still reliable.

yes, these .map files are auxiliary files that will be regenerated if they are missing.
