Currently if the user specifies an output for the anonymized dicoms tech notes and other non-dicom resources do not get copied over to the new location.

exportinfo.csv contains information redundant with project-settings.yml (a problem inherited from datman). Change convert_scans.py to not rely on it and purge any reference to it.

Currently all file names will end in _01_01, and must be manually renamed to reflect different time points and sessions. An automatic method of recognizing whether a scan is a different session or time point needs to be implemented.

Only datman.utils and datman.scanid are used for these scripts. Remove the dependence on a datman module.

By default anonymize_headers.py saves anonymized dicoms to a folder nested within the original folder rather than writing over the original data.

sanitize paths, etc. Maybe move those functions into another script to remove duplication.

qc_pages was adapted from datman's qc_html.py script, which was overly long and contained a large set of image generating functions. Move these into a separate module.

Some zipfiles were incorrectly named, but have been corrected with anonymize_headers. extract_new_scans still detects them every run though. Find a way to ignore them.
